To maximise the effects of the jab, nutrition & exercise are key. We have a range of exercise articles below but we offer more than just that for our clients.

If you'd like something which will push you a bit further and ensure you work out to get the maximum results from your jab, we have our Online Programmes on our members area, accessible via your Account Dashboard.

 

These programmes range from beginners to moderate to enable you to ease yourself into exercise. You do not require any expensive gym equipment, and at most you will only need to use items regularly found in the everyday home e.g. a chair or couch.

 

If you have any questions or need any of the programmes adjusted for your personal needs, our in-house Personal Trainer can liaise with you to ensure your workout is personalised to your needs, your ability and your goals. No matter what your fitness level is, we will help you to achieve your goals.
