Report an issue to the MHRA

Who is the MHRA?

The MHRA are the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency - they are the UK regulators of all medicines and healthcare products.

What should I report?

We are very sorry that your medication is not working as it should. Like with any product, sometimes there can be manufacturing faults or issues. We take these faults very seriously, as do the manufacturers. We recommend reporting the following to the MHRA:

  • Side effects

  • Adverse effects

  • Reactions to the medication

  • Faulty products

  • Suspicious products

  • Suspicious providers of medicines

How do I report?

To submit a report, please click here: MHRA Yellow Card Scheme

You have to submit certain details about the product e.g. batch number, dose etc., so please keep the product in your possession unless instructed otherwise.

If you have any questions about submitting a report to the MHRA, please let us know via our Contact page.
